Descrizione

Pedala o guida dal centro fino a Holdeskaret. Circa 1 km dopo il punto più alto, puoi scegliere di salire su Dokkstølen (puoi pedalare un po' più in alto) o Fetjavollen (più facile camminare dritto sul sentiero) Segui il sentiero 300 m fino a Systerskaret. Circa il 50% in bicicletta. In cima c'è un bel sentiero in discesa, con due passaggi chiave. Usa sempre la versione in alto/a destra sia in alto che in basso.

In fondo si pedala fino a Driftehytta, qui c'è un breve prato dove il sentiero scompare, ma è comunque pedalabile. Continua a pedalare verso Ål su uno stretto sentiero, finché non vedi di nuovo facilmente l'incrocio a Y. Fuori dalla valle hai un sogno di un sentiero, che aumenta con il sentiero quando inizia a scendere. Ti connetti con il Tottenrunden e ottieni lo stesso meraviglioso finale

Giù su Skyrvedalsveien, seguire fino alla prima curva a 90* e svoltare a sinistra dopo circa 200 metri su un sentiero per trattori ricoperto di vegetazione. Segui il sentiero in discesa e improvvisamente sei di nuovo nella valle. Felice e stanco!

Come trovare il sentiero

Centro di Hemsedal e proseguire fino a Holdeskarsveien a Hemsedal Skisenter. A circa 1 km dalla cima, parcheggiare in uno degli ampi parcheggi lungo le strade secondarie sulla sinistra

Rolf Eriksen valutato Systerskarsrunden bene. I liked both decents on this trail, but the part from bottom of Systerskardet to Drifterhytta was not that pleasant. I was lucky that I rode in a really dry summer, but still it was not the most fun. The exit from Drifterhytta to where the path steepens down in the walley starts OK with a narrow singletrack, until a long section with rocks where speed is needed, but hard to maintain. The down to walley is fun, steep and rocky, given you like "teknisk knot", and this is the part where the "RED" in the description is for5.aug.2018
