Description

Starting from San Romolo you will have to pedal for 15/20 minutes in the direction of the Perinaldo tunnel, usually we recommend taking the animal farm route which avoids a stretch of asphalt. Once you exit again on the paved road, continue to continue in the direction of the tunnel at a certain point you will find on your left the firebreak track used as a connection to the Creste path, continue on the asphalt for another 30 meters and you will see a path that starts on your right under the road, take it and continue going down for about 50 meters you have arrived at the entrance to Surì. Pay attention, the entrance to the path can be found by making a sharp detour to the left, not very visible if you descend at high speed. The path starts on the plain and then begins to descend with a slight slope on the coast, at the end of this section the route changes becoming a little more technical but maintaining a good flow. After a series of curves you will converge on the Cisterna path, after a while you will cross a stream thanks to a small wooden bridge and then continue for a short uphill stretch until you reach the last more stony but not too technical section which will take you to the provincial road SP 56. You are 500 meters from the meadow of San Romolo.
