Funtanin Upper

Description

It starts with a purpose built bike trail through the woods. At times steep, but with nice curves, and pretty compact.

After the steep part, you get down onto the wider and looser dirt road that takes you towards the Lago artificiale Funtanin.

As always on these Ligurian trails there are some sticky bushes ready to scratch your arms, so watch out for those.

Access

The entrance is about a third of the way on SP61 from Perinaldo to the Galleria towards San Romolo. It can be easy to miss.
