Planica - Pevno

Description

Very fun, soft, at times steep.

The first part, from the top to the saddle at the crossroads, is basically just a forest road, but it's nice to start from a real mountaintop. The middle part along the ridge involves some ups-and-downs where you have to push the bike, but it's worth it.

Access

To Škofja Loka by train (http://potniski.sz.si) or bus (http://arriva.si), then to Pevno and up the forest road - at times quite steep but always pedalable - or from Kranj on the longer but easier asphalt road.
