Vesle Grevsjøen - Røvshøvda - Hellebekken

Description

Lovely trail cycling. Good path both in the mountains, over the marshes (paved) and through the forest. The path can be cycled both ways. Upwards there will perhaps be some technical sections up towards Røvshøvda, otherwise fine. All or parts of the path can be combined with the paths towards Rabalen or towards Rauddalsfjellet. There is also a good path on the south side of Røvshøvda out on the marshes. The undersigned has not cycled this, but it is also a much used path. Partially knocked down.

Most of the path is in "green".

Access

From Hellebekken:

250 m after you cross the Hellebekken, the "Rabalsvegen" goes up. Start up this (locked boom) and gradually enter the path.

From Rauddalsfjellet:

Cycle the trail "Rauddalsfjellet" (https://trailguide.net/346) north towards Vesle Grevsjøen. About 150 meters south of the junction Vesle Grevsjøen / Dansartjernet take the path slightly left.

It is also nice to start or finish above Rabalen.
