Description
This trail into the Rhine Valley starts with another brilliant view from the Monument du Galtz. At the beginning, don't miss the turnoff to the left. Then the name says it all. With high speed it goes downhill on beautiful forest floor and roots. In between, a short cart path, from which the trail soon leads to the left again into the forest. The end is a dense forest, through which the trail shoots like a cannon barrel in the direction of Ammerschwihr.

From Ammerschwihr past the golf course on forest roads, finally trail, to the monument.
