Rehbrunnenkopf
Guebwiller, Haut-Rhin, Alsace-Champagne-Ardenne-Lorraine, France

Description
From the two wooden benches at the summit, with a beautiful view over Guebwiller, the vineyards and the Rhine Valley, the trail first heads south. After two hairpin bends, don't be tempted to take the trail that continues straight over the ridge, but instead take the sharp turn to the left. From here it runs flatter on the slope with beautiful curves and switchbacks that can be driven smoothly. It gradually becomes steeper and ends in a fitness parkour.
Access
- From the Col du Peternit you are a few meters below the summit. Here the last meters push up a trail.
- From Guebwiller via forest paths to below the summit.

Latest reports
Jo Lei reported the conditions at Rehbrunnenkopf as ok. Too many fallen trees for most of the trail. I would skip it until they are removed, which is kinda hard since some of them are really big.3.jul.2022
