Description
Fun trail that connects Veståsen and Eggemoen NB: Do you want more? Run in combo with West Side Story and Travers Ø/W.
Mostly flow except for a slightly rough section adjacent to a logging field about halfway through.
Access
From the dirt road towards Buttentjern, there is a bit of pushing through felled fields with a lot of twigs before you hit the blue-marked path

Ole Gabriel Rougnø rated Downkøntrien very good. Litt ekstra utfordringer i starten nå, siden det er mange trær som har knekt og falt ned. Men med litt dytting så finner man stien, å da er det bare å kjøre på hele veien ned🤩6.jun.2023

Thomas Sevaldrud reported the conditions at Downkøntrien as good. Adkomsten til stien er knotete på grunn av grisehogst og stormen Hans, men stien i seg selv er i god stand. Kan være enklere å finne stien fra toppen.25.jul.2024
Aasmundt reported the conditions at Downkøntrien as bad. Cant find the entrance to trail. Used GPS to try find it and went looking trough the woods. Could not find any blue markings.
