Tuppeskogen
Description
A path with a moderate slope and great opportunities to release the brakes, pedal on, and pump your way through a logging field at high speed. You start on a narrow children's needle path with inset stones between the pine trunks, take a quick left after approx. 100m, then turn right onto the main path.
From there, it's full speed downhill towards RV7, just pedal on. Some years there may be some wind-blown trees, in the summer there is also some grass that can hide the track a bit, and people may come up, so be aware of that.
A couple of areas (the start and just before the end) are probably marked blue (moderate), but all in all, most people should be able to cycle this path, both up and down.
Access
Start at Steinmoen, where Tuppeskogvegen meets FV223 (Golreppen). Cycle down Tuppeskogvegen towards Gol until you come to just before you come to a forest road to the right. Just after the last telephone pole before the road, the path goes in and down to the right.
