Nice hiking trail with an old trail on the way down.

In the forest above Bjerkås, someone once made a fun floating path with dosed turns, jumps and a water moat. The party works well as part of a longer trip in the area, or as an interval session in an afternoon.

Cycle up on a nice path through the forest. Some slightly demanding parts, but cycle maps all the way. Turn around at the top and ride the old floating path down. It is not maintained, so familiarize yourself with the obstacles before leaving the obstacles behind.

Take a breath on the ground and climb back up.
