Description

One of the most beautiful and famous enduro trails in Sanremo. This trail starts from the Marzocco curve and develops for 90% on the crest of the mountain. In the initial section it continues on a flat but technical and guided path, after having ridden it for a few minutes, the technical descent begins with some passages on rock and quite challenging curves, at the end of this section you will cross the firebreak that leads to Ospedaletti, from there on your left right next to the firebreak the path continues, with a fairly steep entrance that will continue with a very fast and narrow section, to then change completely and open up in the famous section of the steps, a very technical point that only the most expert bikers will be able to do, the path continues with passages on fixed rock, you will arrive at a point where you will find a very sandy curve on the right, in case you decide to go straight and then to the left you will continue with an alternative to the Tubi which is called Tubino, a section of only downhill that will bring you back to the main road, otherwise if at the sandy curve you continue on the path on the right, you will find a section with tight curves and a pedalling length of about 300 metres, at the end of this last one you will begin the most fun part of the path, with supports and fun jumps and then finish in the Coldirodi village!

Much of the time you have a view of the sea.

The lower parts have been a victim to a forest fire. The leftovers of a bridged turn.

4/5
Bjørn Jarle Kvande rated Tubi very good. Amazing trail. Starts out quite easy following the contour lines of the hill. But do not get too comfortable as it suddenly gets quite steep with loose rocks 1/3 of the way in. Last part is an easier section with some switchbacks before you roll into the nice village of Coldirori. The perfect last trail of the day.2.mar.2020
