Description
Fast flow path. Narrow and some rock at the top, middle section with crude barnacle path, a small bog hole that is always wet. The rest of the path is normally dry and fine, provided it has not been a particularly wet summer.
Access
It goes down from the forest road (Ring 4) and is signposted. Can also take parts of the path over the forest road if you want to tread something steep to get the descent (steep and smooth barn needle).
