In some places you cross wet rocks, so be careful!

Access

The easiest way to the start is to cycle up where you have to cycle down.

Alternative access is to enter from Innleggen/Liheia and follow the signs towards Dingdong church, but this involves a good deal of carrying a bicycle.

The same if you want to enter the path from Myklestul.
