Description
From the Frøtvedt field in Åros via Måsadalen to Skatvedt, on asphalt to Grytnes, and on gravel further up to Stikkwannshytta. Path (and cleats) and some technical terrain (west of Aklangen) to Røsvannet. Mostly gravel, with some sections of path (incl. 100 meters of bearing) all the way along Blankvann around and up east of Aklangen to Hesthagadammen (close to Grønsand). Here there is a path to Stikkvannsveien. Gravel down to Slingrebekk, Asphalt to Mørkvann, Gravel further along Mørvann and Bjørvann. Continue over the Skånevannsåsen and down Åros.

I started in the old light track at the Frøtvedt field.
