Godlihovet

Description

Varied path from Skvakkhaug to Øysteinstul station.

Nice and wide trail at the start, with good and wide patches up to the stream after the cabin field

After this, there is an indistinct path (needs to be cleared) to Godlihovet.

It pays to take the trip up to the top by the bench to look at the view when you're on your way over there.

There is a blue-marked path down from Godlihovet.

Large parts of this are ok, and it goes on at good speed.

In between it is rocky and technical.

The last part goes through a new felling field. Then the path disappears (you can see the station from here - aim for it).

The easiest way through is to follow the wheel tracks of the forestry machine down to the road.

Access

Breisetveien on Hjuksebø - After about 8.5 km there is a crossroads, turn left.

1.5 km into this dirt road, there is a car park on the left.
