Description

Behind the Hotel Hamburger Blick there is a very narrow trail down to Ehestorfer Heuweg. In the first part you meander through the trees before pedaling up about 15m on a small forest path to get to a part of the trail that flows up to the tree trunk lying across the way. From the tree trunk it becomes steep and technical. Once this part is done, you have to let it run to get some air time and roll out of the trail.

Story:

For years we just pedaled back from the Hasselbrack to the Kärtner Hütte; at some point this became too boring for us. So we looked for ways to make the way back more exciting. The result is the 760. 760 is based on the handlebar width, because the trees are so narrow that you would prefer to have narrower handlebars. The most technical part of the trail originally had to be moved so that the bike could just fit through the trees. Unfortunately, one of the trees was sawed down by an incompetent driver, depriving everyone else of the fun.

By the way, this is the first trail that was approved and paved the way for us to work with the forest.
