Høgås - Lauvås (om Sofaen)

Description

Excellent forest path from Høgås to Lauvås. With the exception of the first 200 metres, there is a float path, a children's needle path, fun descents and some challenges.

The first 200 meters are a bit of push-bike, and maybe a bit of carrying for some

The rest is a feast for the eyes, and the bike

Access

The top of Høgås. Upper water tower

Follow the signs towards Lauvåsknølen - right path.

Then you will come to the sign for Lauvås after a couple of hundred metres, right by Bråtatjønn

Can also avoid pushing by cycling the left path to Lauvåsnølen, and taking the path to Lauvås where it crosses
