Bjørnhaugen - Vannverket

The path starts from the mast on the construction hammer. See access description.

A nice hilly path goes up from the mast. Turn left at the cottage at Hammertjønna. Follow the path up to the large stone. You can also follow the path further in/down. Path down to the mast, then follow the dirt road a little way down and turn right and into the wound to the water main. Here it is rocky and somewhat rougher than the floating path further up. After a short distance, the road is crossed and Rørgata continues for a short distance down to the waterworks. There you turn right onto a gravel path where you return to the road. Alternatively, you can cycle into Skistua and walk down to the settlement at Hammeren.

Access

From the E12, drive into the nursing home at Gruben in the direction of Brennåsen. Turn right towards Mofjellet / Bertilberget. Follow the construction road all the way to the top and park by the mast.
