Smørlifjellet - Nystølen

Description

From the top of Smørlifjellet to Nystølen at the end of Løyntjednvegen.

From the top of Smørlifjellet; Some rocky singletrack, but this should not interfere too much with the flow. You have to endure 800 m on a dirt road about halfway, but this is quickly forgotten when you get to the next part of the trail.

Access

From Fagernes: By car past Fagernes Lufthavn Leirin towards Nythun Høyfjellstue on Steinsetbygdvegen. Turn right onto Løyntjednvegen (toll road NOK 60) and park at the end of the road in the car park by Nystølen. Cycle/walk/roll to the top before following the same route back.
