Asdøl stien

Description

this is a short but cool path, this consists of a lot of movement and a demanding rocky section,

it is possible to cycle this up to and then cycle Fives Melkesyre.

Keep peace with people and animals and everything will be fine, be aware that there are sheep in the area in the summer.

if you are not going to Fives Melkesyre, then this trail starts in pasture about 1.1 km uphill.

Access

Park at the Asdøljuvet car park.

go out towards the road and cycle approx. 100m towards the river, you will see the path going up into the forest.
