Oppsalfjellet
Description
A shorter version of the trip around Oppsalvannet, but a better cleared path. The entire round trip from 1 - 1.5 hours. Starts with a steep climb on the old ski slope on the far right of the ski resort. Close to the top (where the ski lift comes up) follow the old tractor road down to the right, Kuppert with the possibility of cycling most of the way if you have good strength in your legs and technique in the terrain. From the top of Oppsalfjellet (which is not a mountain, but a mailbox in a tree), there is a more or less continuous descent to the bottom of the ski center (you enter a side path/tract road at the end). Not very technical, but some parts are demanding and you can get pretty good speed.
Access
Drive to Svartstad ski center and park at a disused construction site. Follow the tractor road and go through where there is a wooden fence (remember to close it).
