Description

Here is an alternative that lies between the tractor road and the path. A little more overgrown than the other, but one gets onto it eventually and one skips the most technical and wet part of the trail. You also get a fun part of the tractor road. The exit from the tractor road is quite well hidden, but with the use of the map you can easily find it. See Rysstad hiking trail to get the route from the very top

Here a tricycle can cycle up the same road as one is going down or follow the cabin road which is south of the tractor road on the other side of the stream. If you pay a toll, you can drive up.
