Gjevlekollen blåmerka
Description
Alternative descent from Gjevelkollen, which is actually more fun than the old blue-marked path. Steep and a bit gnarly at the top, but with good flow further down. A bit of rock, but mostly nice paths and a little gentle. Should be ridden when dry as it is slippery when wet. Note that there are quite a few hikers coming up, so be considerate. You will eventually come down to a dirt road and can then either cycle to the Rustan car park, or to the old car park by Canada. If you are going back to Sylling trafo, there is some transport on asphalt. The path shows tracks all the way from Skjærsvann, and from Skjærsvann is up on the blue-marked path to the cabin itself and the cairn at Gjevlekollen. Nice view before it goes downhill.
