Flytstien via Mosetervegen og Stor-Kjølen
Description
To extend the Flytstien, it is possible to pedal through light forest terrain characterized by heather and relatively dry bogs (depending on rainfall periods). Certain sections go through dense wooded terrain where the forest floor consists of felled small forest, and can be challenging to cycle on.
The Flytstien itself is a mixture of a wonderful children's needle path and a forest floor with roots, and a must to cycle if you make the trip to Trysil.
Access
Take the Fjellekspressen up and start with path no. 26 (unmarked), 27 and 28, but remember to take off early enough from 28 and down towards Vesbyvegen so you don't get too far down, you will go through the cabin field at Stor-Kjølen. Alternatively, you can cycle up Vestbyvegen from the Tourist Center and into the cabin field at Stor-Kjølen. The path is marked with red and white bands, then red marks on trees.
