Langhei II
Description
A guided tour the first time is recommended. Call me on 916 26 237, a day or two in advance.
The fact that the path is labeled "Difficult" is because it is, if you choose to try all the challenges, but everyone will have a good trip - regardless of skill level.
If you/you choose to try on your own, be careful on the descents, especially in damp weather. Mountains, rocks and roots become VERY slippery so close to the sea when it has rained. All downhill sections are possible and cycle from skill level, on all types of MTB, but can be tricky if you are not familiar. Take it nice!
One tip regarding the large "ring" in the GPS track:
Med-sols = Smooth and nice, with "kind" downhill sections, not very technical. Long and varied "flow path" towards Helle and the path back towards Langhei.
All depending on technical skills and weather, a small section (60-100m) of the path from Helle up to the logging field at Langhei is not suitable for cycling, due to cobblestones/climb - but it is NOT impossible! ;-)
(If you continue west at the junction at Helle, instead of going north, and up again towards Langhei, you will come out on the road at Normannvik/Dypvåg/FV411).
Against the sun = Fast, but with some technical, rocky parts. Challenging but fun descent. Anti-clockwise from Helle and back to the felling field by the long heath, a varied, temporary flow path, with a couple of relatively tough uphills towards the end. The entire stretch can be cycled.

A guided first ride is recommended, Call me at 916 26 237, at a day or two's notice.
If you decide to give it a try on your own, take care in the steep downhill sections, they are all rideable, but it takes a few tries to master some of them, and the rocks and roots are VERY slippery when wet. Better safe than sorry.
A hint.
Clockwise at the big "O" = Smooth, fast and not very technical track to Helle. 60-100m on the track from Helle and back up to the timber road is not rideable, due to rocky steep climb. It is, however, not impossible! ;-)
(If you continue west, where the track back to Langhei breaks north at Helle, you'll end up in Normannvik/Dypvåg/FV411).
Counter Clockwise = Technical, fun & fast down to Helle. Shorter slopes, long, steep climbs, but whole O rideable on a good day, and you´ll get a really good workout! :-)
