Chamolé
Description
An absolute gem of a trail that takes you past a lake, onto a ridge where you ride on the edge of a cliff, and into the woods on a flowy hard packet trail under the big pine trees.
Push your bike up for about 50 meters and you can start riding after the second corner. The trail is mostly hard packet with embedded rocks and no roots until you get down to Chamolé. There is quite a bit of exposure as you get onto the ridge (after the climbing) so be aware of this so you don't fall off.
When you get down to Chamolé follow the gravel road down towards the right and make a left in the intersection. You will then spot the trail that shortcuts the road. Ride the trail all the way down until you get to a long building. Then follow the gravel road back to the chair lift.
Access
Take the Chamolé chairlift and follow the trail towards rifugio Arbolle.
